Pricing: questions answered
How does pay-as-you-go pricing work?
You top up your balance and each property record you request and receive is charged at the tier price: £0.05 on Core, £0.10 on Plus and £0.15 on Premium, and £0.45 for a commercial property record. There are no subscriptions, minimums or setup fees.
What do I get for free?
Every new account receives up to £16 of free balance. Address autocomplete and the AVM queried by UPRN are free on every tier, and the CH1 1MN sandbox test properties are always free, with or without an account.
Do I need an account to try it?
No. The dashboard and the CH1 1MN sandbox addresses work without an account or API key and return synthetic test data. Create a free account when you want real properties.
What is the difference between Core, Plus and Premium?
Core returns the full record when you query by UPRN. Plus adds search by address, Royal Mail identifiers and planning applications. Premium adds our advanced models such as rebuild cost, cladding, roof analysis and household income and wealth estimates.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Buy a request pack in the dashboard from 10,000 requests and save 20%, rising to 70% for larger packs. Packs are per tier (Core, Plus, Premium or Commercial) and are used before your balance. Flat-rate pricing is available for downloading the whole 35M+ property database, and there is a startup discount programme. Contact us for volume pricing
Can I get the data as a file rather than through the API?
Yes. Custom plans include bulk downloads of the entire residential or commercial dataset, custom field selection and optional monthly data updates.
Does unused balance expire?
Unused balance remains available for 24 months from purchase, as set out in our terms. Read the terms
