What can the Chimnie MCP do?

The server exposes tools that give agents full access to Chimnie's property data platform:

• chimnie_address_lookup: Search for any UK property by address.

• chimnie_uprn_lookup: Look up a property using its Unique Property Reference Number.

• chimnie_udprn_lookup: Look up a property using its Royal Mail Unique Delivery Point Reference Number.

All lookup tools support both residential and commercial property types and accept an optional fields parameter, so your agent can request exactly the data it needs — whether that's valuations, EPC data, flood risk, construction details, geospatial attributes, or any of the hundreds of data points Chimnie provides across 35 million UK properties.
